I was the Industry Delegate Coordinator during the 2014 BFI Flare LGBT Film Festival. Duties included:

• Welcoming and assisting producers, directors, and programmers from around the world.
• Chairing talks and events organised for the delegates.
• Administrating delegates on a multi-domain database.
• Overseeing film screenings and managing a group of volunteer staff.
